We’re proud of the inclusive and collaborative culture we’ve created at Terra –especially since we’re a virtual company. Whether it’s via phone, Slack, or email, Terra teammates are encouraged to share their ideas and creative spark both with clients and with one another. Psst! See what we mean when you check out our GALA Film Festival videos.
And what happens when you’ve got an awesome company culture? A 95% employee retention rate is what happens. How do we manage that? While being passionate about our work is key, we think it’s even more important that every Terra teammate is valued for her unique talents and perspective. Because when brilliant people feel valued and heard, they tend to stick around.
“I have had the pleasure of working with CEO Marina Ilari and members of the Terra team since 2017. I have observed growth in several industries and their active participation in the small, minority and woman owned business communities. Terra’s culture is so unique; they strive to promote an ease of doing business, no matter how complex the project may be. I truly appreciate their positivity and personable dynamic.”
